Welcome to the State Troopers Superior Officers Association (SOA) web site. The SOA is the recognized bargaining unit for all New Jersey State Troopers holding the rank of Lieutenant.

The purpose of this web site is to better inform and communicate with our membership. Through this web site, the Executive Board welcomes and encourages constructive input to the daily operation of the SOA.

The Executive Board will endeavor to answer all meaningful questions and suggestions posed of it. Due to confidential and security reasons, we request that individual queries be directed directly to an Executive Board member or one of the SOA Trustees.
